About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Asset Designer to join our SITKA Gear team in Bozeman, Montana on a contract basis. This role will be key in designing digital assets to support a comprehensive consumer experience in the SITKA Direct Digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the curation and design of digital assets including email, .com, social, and digital ads
• Define look & feel for e-comm specific campaigns through the development of holistic visual treatments implemented across channel
• Continually raise the bar on creativity, designing fresh visuals that connect with the consumer and drive action
• Partner with internal creative team members to maintain visual standards and best practices across the digital ecosystem
• Partner with internal marketing teams to implement global visual and messaging directives for key product launches or brand initiatives
• Facilitate digital agility by partnering with e-comm team to deliver timely and relevant assets in support of commercial priorities
• Work with broader Digital team to implement learnings from regular analysis and reporting on digital campaigns that leads to actionable change

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital marketing or at least 2 years experience as a design resource at a either a leading outdoor brand or agency with digital implications
• Understand of the digital landscape, trends and consumer behaviors
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
• Passion for and understanding of hunting, the outdoors and the culture around it
• Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to coordinate with internal and external e-comm, marketing and creative partners simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills allowing for the execution of multiple competing priorities
• Willingness to travel 10%

• Support the curation of digitals assets across email, .com, social, and digital ads by implementing brand voice standards across the digital consumer experience
• Interpret briefs to produce compelling product and brand storytelling in written form
• Define voice for e-comm specific campaigns through the development of holistic copy bases implemented across channel
• Partner with internal creative team members to maintain voice standards and best practices across the digital ecosystem
• Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the consumer and drives action
• Partner with internal marketing teams to implement global messaging directives for key product launches or brand initiatives
• Facilitate digital agility by partnering with e-comm team to deliver timely and relevant assets in support of commercial priorities
• Work with broader Digital team to implement learnings from regular analysis and reporting on digital campaigns that leads to actionable change

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English or journalism, or at least 2 years experience as a copywriting resource at a either a leading outdoor brand or agency with digital implications
• Understand of the digital landscape, trends and consumer behaviors
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
• Passion for and understanding of hunting, the outdoors and the culture around it
• Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to coordinate with internal and external e-comm, marketing and creative partners simultaneously
• Experience both briefing and producing digital content to support email, social media, .com and display campaigns
• Strong organizational skills allowing for the execution of multiple competing priorities
• Willingness to travel 25%

Located in Bozeman, MT

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to everyone walking through the door
• Become a brand expert on all things SITKA
• Assist in inventory procedures, allocation and replenishment, third party orders, shipping, receiving, cycle counting etc.
• Ensure merchandise looks appealing and eye catching
• Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash etc.
• Complete all sales, returns and exchange transactions effectively and accurately
• Provide a unique and positive shopping experience for all customers

• Positive attitude, goes above and beyond for customers
• 1-2 years of customer service and/or retail experience
• Previous retail knowledge (POS, Inventory, customer service and sales) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-past paced environment
• Knowledge of outdoor gear preferred
• Must love outdoors, hunting knowledge preferred

• Stand for duration of shift
• Move and process shipments
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Operate general office equipment (phones, computers etc.)

• MUST be available for days, nights, weekends and holidays

About the Role:

Your main responsibilities will include sales support for orders, liaison between sales team and retailers, analyze reports and maintain an organized flow of operations. This is a contracted position with opportunity to turn into a long term!

Responsibilities:

• Sales support for all orders taken to get products efficiently and effectively to the retailer
• Serve as primary contact to the Sales Team and the retailer base to provide order status and shipping status
• Create and analyze sales reports to drive continued sales growth
• Create and analyze inventory sell-through reports to drive continued sales growth
• Provide daily phone and email support for retailers
• Support marketing efforts to deliver assets in a timely manner
• Manage a calendar of events in partnership with channel managers
• Must be able to multi-task at a high level
• Self-motivated, determined and solution oriented
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and internal teams

• Experience in sales for a high growth consumer goods-focused business
• A positive track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Must be a passionate champion for hunting and the outdoors
• Ability to navigate ERP and EDI tools - can be trained
• The ability to work successfully and positively in a fast-paced team environment
• Impressive problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including listening skills Proficiency using computer tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, etc.
• This role requires at least 20% travel
